4. Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 3 business days of receipt. Once your identity is verified, we will process the deletion within 30 calendar days. In cases where additional time is required due to the complexity of the request, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for the delay.

5. Exceptions to Deletion

We may retain certain personal data even after a deletion request in the following circumstances:

• Legal Obligations: When we are required to retain data to comply with applicable Indian laws, regulations, or legal proceedings.

If you have interacted with Koiner Properties through Facebook Login or other social media integrations, you may also request data deletion directly through that platform's settings. Upon receiving a callback from the social platform or a direct request from you, we will delete all data obtained through that integration.
